Our park
It is located in the city of Silao, Guanajuato, within one of the most important industrial centers in Mexico and Latin America, Guanajuato Puerto Interior (GPI). It is adjacent to the Guanajuato International Airport (BJX) at a distance of 18 km from the city of León, which has 1.8 million inhabitants. Over the last years the State of Guanajuato has managed to attract a large part of the foreign investment that has been made in the Bajío. This, together with the excellent logistics infrastructure that the region has and the low costs of operation and labor, make the location of SkyPlus ideal for an Industrial Logistics development.
